This year\u2019s theme \u2014  \u2018Breathe Easily, Sleep Well\u2019 \u2014 centers on raising awareness of sleep  disorders that affect a person\u2019s breathing, such as obstructive sleep  apnea (OSA).\u00c2\u00a0 \u201cThe effects of sleep disorders should not be  underestimated,\u201d said Allan O\u2019Bryan, executive director of the World  Association of Sleep Medicine. \u201cMost sleep disorders are treatable, yet  far too many individuals do not seek professional help.
