The donation was made in line with Chevron\u2019s commitment to developing mutually beneficial partnerships and to improve the ability of journalists to access information and facilitate communication. Apart form the internet facility, the company donated Central Processing Units (CPU) and monitors, back-up batteries and a printers. Chevron also paid for two years subscriptions for the internet facility to ensure sustainability.
