Orange is offering the &#8220;RSA special tarif plan&#8221; to all RSA beneficiaries through Orange stores and in partner networks from 18 June. As from 12 May, all RMI beneficiaries can take up this offer through the customer service. A low-cost mobile service offered to RSA beneficiaries.  This &#8220;RSA special tarif plan&#8221;, available in Metropolitan France, includes 40 minutes of calls to landlines and mobiles plus 40 SMS for  \u00e2\u201a\u00ac10 per month, without a contract. It is available to all RSA beneficiaries, whether or not they are already Orange customers. This plan allows unused minutes and SMS to be carried forward. Orange customers eligible for the &#8220;RSA special tarif plan&#8221; but already under contract can move onto this plan at no cost and with no commitment. Customers from other operators can, of course keep their existing mobile number.
