The Plan, launched by the <span class=\"caps\">RBM<\/span> Partnership in collaboration with the British government, the United Nations, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Malaria No More \u2014 along with the private sector, faith and civil society leaders \u2014 to commit $3 billion for the ambitious goal of reducing malaria deaths to near zero by 2015.
