Le CAC 40 perd ainsi sa seule femme dirigeante. Cruel constat en effet que cette absence consternante de diversit\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0 la t\u00e0\u00aate de nos quarante plus grandes entreprises. Sur 570 dirigeants, membres des comit\u00e9s de direction, seules quarante \u00e9taient des femmes en 2007. Celles-ci repr\u00e9sentent en moyenne 6 % des comit\u00e9s de direction des quarante plus grandes en\u00c2\u00adtreprises fran\u00e0\u00a7aises. Seules neuf soci\u00e9t\u00e9s poss\u00e8dent plus de 10 % de femmes au sein de leurs comit\u00e9s de direction. La sous-repr\u00e9sentation touche tous les secteurs. Les femmes sont cantonn\u00e9es aux fonctions \u00c2\u00absupport\u00c2\u00bb (communication, RH, finances, achat). Chez Alcatel-Lu\u00c2\u00adcent, en revanche, 40 % du comit\u00e9 de direction \u00e9tait jusqu&#8217;\u00e0\u00a0 pr\u00e9sent compos\u00e9 de femmes.
